My submission for day 354/365 of the 2009 Challenge. The theme is "Ring".
Here’s a closeup of my wedding ring. At this scale the bumps and scratches are shockingly apparent. And they told me that platinum holds up well relative to other materials! (I guess I’m just hard on stuff….) I suppose the lesson is that the ring, like the marriage it represents, is well-worn but no less cherished for that.
